Does it charge all of them at once at constant current or cycles and blast the full current repeatedly on single cell like some chinese ones or this IKEA charger?

It divides the current down based on the number of cells. Funny, I didn't mention in the video, as I'd never seen the pulse "blast" charging until I analyzed the PowerOwl and IKEA charger. So, it's 3600mA x 1, 1800mA x 2, 1200mA x 3 and, you guessed it, 900mA x 4. However, if you have one cell finish charging, then it ramps the current back up on the remaining cells. Not the best. The UGREEN one just divided the current equally no matter the number of cells. Thanks for watching!

Did you try to use a pwerbank to charge the batteries... Curious to use it with a solar panel so if this doesn't work directly , the power bank may do the job

It will work with power banks with modest current handling capacity of 2A or greater. Connecting it directly to solar panel might be a bit challenging, as it is not a constant current, then constant voltage (CC/CV) charge like a lithium-ion / polymer battery. It pulses the batteries with high current, and could collapse the solar panels "supply". But if it is a really sunny day and not too hot, it might work!

It charges for 2-3 min and then green just stop blinking.. and stays on.. and cell is also not fully charged. . Tried two diff cell brands same story

It can be a bit of a finicky charger due to the high charge currents. The claimed charge capacity is a minimum of 80%, so it might not fully top off many cells, especially if they are lower charge capacity, or are older cells. Thanks for watching.
