I really like the look of this little deck!! Thanks so much for showcasing it for us. I agree w/the other below about the Snakes & Ladders game in the Wheel, perhaps playing on a floating oil rig. HOpefully the artist will let us know. Being 54 now, I'm so much more drawn to elder-themed things, particularly the past few years. It's really beautifully done! What a happy little surprise from NZ!

Oh, the Emperor reminds me the Mother in My Big Fat Greek Wedding telling her daughter that the husband is the 'head' of the house but the wife is the neck - she turns the head any direction she likes! The Wheel reminds me of snakes and ladders and starting over. This is a cute deck, I love the concept.

I have a few of her decks and love the artwork... This is one of my favorite Tarot decks in celebrating The Elders in our Community. I love the creation of Justine's decks .

at 47, I'm glad there is a deck like this. I don't think I love or get it enough for that card stock though.

Thanks for sharing this. The Wheel of Fortune looks like an oil rig to me...so, turn of fortunes=climate change? I'm older, but I've always hated the term "elder" as if it's a way of showing back handed respect. Living a long time doesn't, in and of itself, demand respect. I prefer seeing decks that represent being human, not just all black, all old, all young, all female, all LGBTQ, all white, etc. This one makes me feel like it's bending over backwards to make older people okay. But we are...so, I don't need a deck to tell me that. I need a deck to represent the tarot system and how it connects to the entire human condition.
