Bought three and returned three reusable k cups all of them leaked clear water into the coffee in my 5needle k supreme plus smart machine and yes I removed the red seal for single needle machines I believe 5 needles 5 chances to leak if one doesn’t centre itself perfectly

I have a question pertaining to the cleanup - after I brew my coffee, I dump the grounds into a pot (for potting soil) and then I have leftover grinds stuck to the side of the My K-Cup. I was told not to rinse this out in the sink because the coffee grounds clump and will clog the sink. Can you give my some advice on what is the best way to rinse out the leftover coffee grinds that are stuck to the My K-Cup without clogging the kitchen sink?

Love your videos - thank you. I just picked up the Supreme Plus from Costco. I’m coming off an older single-needle machine. I’ve never liked the Keurig brand reusable cup. The multi part system is a pain in the a**. I’ve always had good luck with the Amazon pink ones - including the multi stream ones….

I have the K Supreme Plus using the reusable k cup, and I can't get it to stop dripping/leaking into my cup while its brewing. I tried removing the red gasket thing on the lid, I thought that was the problem because I had been using it this whole time, but when I brewed my next cup coffee grounds started spewing out of each of those whole in the lid. I'm about done with this thing!!

Same experience here. I didn't realize the red stopper should be removed until I watched this, but even then the coffee still comes out in a multi-stream mess. I noticed that the K-cup doesn't sit level, no matter what I try. I ordered a different K-cup to try.

@@freezerburnak2 I've now gone a step further. I have a plumbing gasket set, and it just so happens to have these small "donut" gaskets. I went to the Keurig and the two prongs closest to you I worked the gasket corner off, slid one of these donut gaskets on and now it's working like a champ. That two front holes always game me issues, but now those donut gaskets acted like a standoff essentially now the Keurig gasket makes a pretty good seal on the K cup top

@@TheAMVDJ This makes sense... have the same issue and discovered it gets better if I put a little pressure on the top while brewing makes the needles seal with the pod. Decent workaround but you obviously have to be there during the entire brewing process. Gonna look into replacing the gaskets, appreciate the tip.

So I purchased the My K-cup universal reusable coffee filter. I have a Keurig Compact. I removed the pod holder assembly. Placed filter basket and lid on properly. Inserted the filled reusable filter with arrow facing towards the back. My question: the filter basket does not sit securely or snap in the pod holder like the pod holder assembly that I removed. There's def wiggle room but I am able to close the lid. Am I doing this correctly? Maybe I'm just expecting the filter basket to snap in like the pod holder? Thank you so much in advance.

I have a Keurig K supreme plus I wanted to ask if you had a problem or ever heard of anybody having a problem of the K cups exploding about one out of every 5K cups I use Gets a slit on the top of it and makes a mess inside the machine This is the second machine that has done this to me your input would be appreciated

Wow 5,000 cups that is alot!! I have had this happen once is awhile, what I found it not all k cups are made the same. If you look at every k cup before you put it in you will find once in awhile the top will have a small break or tear in it and maybe even the sides are split open, so it could be just a bad k cup once in a while. if its only happening every 5, 000 cups then I think the machine is ok. but you could have a bad bottom needle. This could be a known issue Keurig has with the lower needle basket. I would call Keurig customer care at 866-901-2739. They have great customer service. It sounds like your bottom needle basket needs to be replaced. These can become distorted over time from the heat or it might not have been made correctly. They can send you a new one. It's not that big of a part and it's easy to change.

I use an old k70 machine. The coffee comes out much weaker. Used exact same coffee but it tastes stronger when using my old my kcup except filter is all cracked now. The design is not the same, I only need single pin design,I leave red gasket in place. With the taller basket, is it affecting my brew process?

the instructions for the multi-stream My K-CUP seems to suggest to use the that red rubber topper atop the My K-Cup cover itself with the Keurig -Supreme (one with largest reservoir, and SS finish) . Should that be left off?

I tried doing that exact same thing but got alot of grounds with my coffee. It was working great with the red insert in but then one day it started making weak coffee so i cleaned the needles and everything and still wak coffee. That's when i tried it without the red insert, but like i had mentioned before, coffee grounds in my cup. Maybe I am using too much coffee grounds?

I'm having this EXACT problem. Did you happen to find a solution? It feels like water either dribbles everywhere with the red insert and coffee is weak all of a sudden, OR I don't use the red insert and there's grounds everywhere

You only need to take the red thing out. if you're Keurig has the extra prongs in the top. Check out the video again. 👍🥰
