We have had mixed success on hilly terrain . You have to keep an eye in it ,that it will trigger and release the load of ten. We have even gone to the extent when we are bailing on the hilly sections to have some one follow behind in our 4x4 to trip the latch if it fails to do so on its own. All you have to do is kick the trigger release with your foot even while it is still moving. Other than that we have had great success with the accumulator and grapple .

maybe a dumb question, but do those things fold down for better storage or for driving down the road? Love the gravity fed design of these, but they appear to be a little cumbersome to transport and store.

It is short enough to drive it down the road, and they took that into account with the hitch. Ours stays on the farm but it is designed to go down the road with lights and everything.

Eric we bought the 510 F. I think it is in one of the two videos , featuring our accumulator. It's not featured in either of them thou.

We feel that the purchase was the right way to go for our farm. Thanks for watching.

Brian thanks for watching. We were lucky ,we ordered our accumulator before steel prices went up more than a year ago. The price was a consideration but we have been contemplating becoming more efficient for years.
