Great review. I've loved the Yakuza series since the original PS2. Like a Dragon was a breath of fresh air though and i',m glad Infinite Wealth improves on it. Also happy about the Hawaii setting, since that will also make things feel fresh. Can't wait to play this game friday.

Even though I wasn't a big fan of the first turn-based Yakuza Like a Dragon game (despite me normally being a fan of turn-based JRPGS), it seems like RGG Studios significantly improved the gameplay of this game so I'm looking forward to giving it a shot. Either way, I'm really happy that the Yakuza (and Persona) games are fully multiplatform nowadays. Can you imagine if Yakuza and Persona were still PlayStation exclusive franchises just like back in the day? It would have been terrible for Xbox in particular.

Not cheesy at all. My favourite bits of media saved my life multiple times. If you are searching for a top notch story arc and character development: look no further than 'Deep Space Nine' the Star Trek show from the 90s 💟🌌☮️

That gender thing felt a tad forced and out of place, but a solid review nonetheless.... Totally know what you mean about certain games getting you through trying times btw. It's a big part of what makes videogames so special. Hope things are looking up. Cheers.

Why is it forced and out of place? It sounds like a pretty big flaw to have large portions of content separated to different gendered characters. Def worth mentioning in a review that you might not be able to do certain jobs as the character you want in an RPG.
