Expanding on my earlier comment calling this a grenade launcher. I think nerf wanted this to be a slung secondary. It's super compact, even more so in the collapsed form, smaller than the stryfe by the look of it. The bulldog is perfect for game modes where mega rounds are needed to breach a barrier or get more points. You can keep it collapsed and tucked and slung away, and tactically deploy it when you need the mega round

I think I came up with a rather casual game mode for this thing: The objective is to grab this, run to a certain location, and use it to knock over an opponent flag or whatever. BUT, you need to open it and stand still to fire and close it to move again. Kinda like what I hear some people do with Titans, but tailored to the blaster's gimmick. Thoughts?

I just ran this TODAY a couple hours ago at HvZ SFSU. It was awesome. My god, the accuracy of the new Mega darts is insane, and are actually made to fly more accurately at these FPS. It has pretty impressive range too and I was able to finally Snipe with Mega, and they are massive enough to not be affected by wind. If you clamp the darts onto the Ammo holders by their heads they stay super secure even if struck. It's fun and efficient to reload, got a lot of tags with it, but my play style is running a lot and close quarter combat. Great Reviews, Man, long time fan.

I enjoy the bulldog. Simply said: its a light, compact, tactical looking mega blaster cleverly given accustrike mega darts and not regular ones. Honestly, compared to the magnus, (Which is being sold on Amazon for the same exact price) its a total improvement. Its relatively easier to reload, carries more on gun ammo, and comes with accustrike ammo instead of regular. Sweet.
