Melee guys have debated the effectiveness of dual wielding and double bladed weapons for years. I believe the currently agreed upon mentality is “if you can’t figure out how to make it work, just go to the old standby of Sword’n’Board”.

As a double sword you would normally wield it like a spear and only use the rear blade when attacking someone coming from the side or behind. Since dual wielding swords of the same length is unpracticool, it would be better to give the other half to a friend and spar with them or charge your enemies together.

I just wanted to write this comment here as a thank you to you. I wanted to try Nerf for quite some time already, but always was unsure about it. I am 21 so the age and stuff was the part that left me questioning this decision. Especially that blasters are quite expensive in my country. But some time ago, I stumbled upon your channel and started watching it. A lot. Seriously. And this kinda inspired me to finally fulfill my "silly" dream. So we'll.. here I stand now. I've had my Vendetta Swords as well as the Battlemaster Mace, Warlock Axe, Klaw Hatchet, and Stonewall Shield for many many years now. I really don't recommend swinging the Vendetta in particular at someone. I can literally burst water bottles with a single strike with that thing, the amount of force you can generate with the plastic tube inside isn't to be underestimated. It can cause serious bruises.
