Awesome light that I still enjoy using after three years! Even undoing the tail during standby, the batteries lose juice faster than other lights. My TM16GT can go months and still light up. Not so with the TM06s. Good review, and nice shooting of the beam shots, etc, marred by the too loud and insipid background music. Thumbs up! Peace 👍👍👍😁✌🏻

Carried this light for about two years as EDC, had to give up due to: (1) it drains the batteries unless you loosen the tail cap (2) no button lock out function, so constant accidental turn on and drain battery, so like above, you have to loosen the tail cap. This light is a perfect searchlight, but not for EDC when you might suddenly need the flght OR only have one hand available to turn on the light.

I have purchased a few types of nitecore flashlights. I don’t own the one featured here, but what is more practical, lighter, way thinner, has a 700 Yard throw (yes, 7 football fields away) only takes one battery vs multiple 18650’s and has a great run time. It also has all the fancy modes, strobe, I think 4 light settings is the Nitecore P30. We all hunt, go out is state to hunt, I have literally lit up a mountain side 700 yards away and seen some reflective eyes of some kinda animal. The P30 in my opinion is awesome. Now, it’s not a GT model. Usually the GT Nitecore models are the upgraded and newer version of what they offer. But hands down I own three other GT single battery 1000 lumen plus flashlights and all of us were blown away by the P30. Just because a flash light says it’s a higher lumen, doesn’t necessarily mean it’s going to be “brighter”. You have to take into consideration the type of CREE LED it is. (there are a few generations these days) the lenses, affects the throw big time. A lenses can loose a lot of throw by letting to much light out the sides. Like the P12 vs the P12GT. Both awesome lights! I own both, both are 1000 lumen. But the P12GT has a more concentrated throw the “light circle” is smaller but can almost throw twice as far. (P12-200 yards vs P12GT-400 yards) but...the P12 has a super bright wide light. So in a average backyard or alley. That little light will light up the whole backyard. But the P12GT will only light up half of the same backyard. Hope this helps...

I've had this light for a while, lots of power in a compact package. Unfortunately the parasitic draw on it is very high to keep the blue button flashing. It will drain 4 x 18650s (Nitecore brand 3400mah) in a month. Find it difficult to switch modes as well because half press and full press are pretty close. I've blinded myself several times checking to see what mode its on (from reflection alone!). Own a few dozen lights (Nitecore, Surefire, Streamlight, Maratac, Fenix) definitely my least favorite UI, along with concept 1

In order to avoid self de-charging, I advise you to stock the lamp unscrewing 1/4 the tail cap. In this way, you cut the contact. Or better, you remove the batteries if you know that you let the lamp in a drawer for a while.

DAVIDE TREVISANI con la TM06, sì è meglio toglierle, perché continuano a dare una leggera corrente al chip. Anche se svitti di un quarto di giro il vano batteria. Mentre con la TM26 o 28, basta svittare di 1/4 di giro il coperchio batterie e il contatto viene interroto del tutto.

So i'm a scroll first, watch last kind of guy, and no shit... this is THE best flashlight review ever. A wise man once said, you should strive for kung fu in all aspects of your life, They also say "Forgiveness is divine, but never pay full price for late pizza.” HOWEVER, that's beside the point! Even a soup kitchen can have kung fu! Essentially what i'm saying is this guy is a flashlight assassin of the highest order, he has no time for petty words! Only action! Continued from my previous comment, (please read the previous to understand what I’m saying when I post this) All three lights are about 1000 Lumen, all three lights are single battery the difference is the size, lenses, and how it throws light. Model: Nitecore P12 200 yard throw “. “ P12GT 400 yard throw “. “ P30. 700 yard throw Remember, all of these lights are 1000 lumen. Higher lumens and more batteries inside the flashlight doesn’t mean it’s going to throw farther light. If thats what your chasing if your want the “brightest light”. Do your research! My opinion, buy the P30. You won’t be disappointed...and don’t be afraid to own 4 bad ass flash lights. You will uses them for different reasons because they all throw light differently. Trust me, one of your friends will buy the other one off you if you didn’t want it. These lights are bad ass...oh...and durability. I dive, do construction, dropped all my lights off roofs, trucks, hiking mountains, never broke any. All still work to this day. I think my oldest nitecore is 8 years old? No problems and use one of them almost everyday. Good luck!

Di quella potenza è la più piccola. Io la uso in grotta perché nello zaino ci metto già ben altro e non voglio aggravare. Se vuoi una a pena più grande che funge anche da caricatore tramite un alimentatore fornito, c'è la TM26 o la TM28. Non è una presa micro-USB, come le MH, ma uno spinotto. L'ho provato e ti direi, oltre la praticità, che ricarica più velocemente che i caricatori esterni.

Sirio Sechi A parte la ricarica, ci sono così tante differenze presyazionali e quslita' tra le due (tm06 e 26) da giustificare la differenza di prezzo? Considera che per me la ricarica è fondamentale ma 400 sono tante.

No, la qualità dei LED e l'intensità sono identiche. Le 4 differenze tra le 2 torce sono: Il display, caricamento, attacco 1.4" per cavalletto ed la forma quadrata che evita rotolamenti.
