As a previous commenter, I can add nothing to what I said of your previous presentations, The maker of the product should be quite happy with your results. You do make me and others watching wish they had one, and may someday get one. You have to be one of the presenter's on-line. Your command of "English" is beyond reproach (very good). I also like that you have very good knowledge of the model and how it works and all of the smallest details. Look forward to more of the same. PS, as an ex-CAT employee, more CAT! Really needs some exhaust smoke. You did a GREAT job on the weathering just great.

Hi RC Truck Action : I love these RC models of construction machines. Paint type: It is really up to the individual to decide what he / she likes but if I want to achieve a "real world look" I do the same as I do to my model trains. I go for the matt (silk) paint on models first and then I take photos of the real world machines / trains. When I get home I transfer the "weathered and rust" look to my own models. So it is not a question of paint alone but of weathering the model to a real world look. These model have "mild" weathering from the factory so I is not always representative of what is happening outside as these machines works in the sun, rain and have exhaust burns on the body and rust inside and outside the grill panels and a lot of dirt :) Good luck and thanx for sharing...

Hi, first of all your excavator is just AMAZING, and you explanations as well ! In my personnal opinion if you really use it to dig, it was not necessary to paint it in mate and use brush to make it looks more realistic. CAT and maybe Liebherr (not sure) are painted with a sort of bright color but after the time make it as it is. But maybe an RC won't become as a real machine... Interesting to have an answer on that. I'm surprised that no one ask the real questions : 1) what is the price of this model and where to find it ? 2) does it come like that in a box ? Or does it come in 1000 parts that you have to build up ? 3) the RC command (don't remember the name), you have to buy it separatly or it's provided with the excavator ? And again.... How much it cost if sold separatly ? 4) at equal size, does it have the same force/power as a real excavator ? For example if this model in real size can move a rock half of its size maximum. Does this RC model will also be able to move a rock half of its size ? Or it doesn't work like that at all. 5) what is the autonomy when you use it to dig ? With lights and sound on. I have so many questions but I will stick only with those one and I really hope you can answer it :)
