Been using this product for 4 years as it is a god send. I have had severe anaphylactic shock in the past after using the same products for 15 odd years and ended up nearly dying and in hospital a few times. A lot of so called natural dyes are not natural. This is the only product I can safely use. I have nearly waist length hair and it is varying shades of dark to light brown after years of using this. I have had compliments from people saying my hair is a nice colour. The new grown grey roots can turn scarily dark green after use but the colour is still developing for a few days and if you persevere it should settle down and give good results.

Can I use it right after mixing it with water till or do I have to let it sit a few hours? Also I have very short (really dark brown hair) will my hair turn green for a few days after I apply it?

@@Papirind26 Yes you can use it straight after mixing..You will have the risk of it turning green especially on lighter grey roots. On shorter hair I imagine this will be more obvious. The green roots situation is not a definite on all hair types and colour..Maybe do a patch test first on yours skin and then on your hair? I have nearly waste length dark hair so I can tie it up and sort of hide/distract from the roots.
