I just bought the Topdon Phoenix PLus, that is a GREAT scan tool, better than the other two, but it is also more expensive. I would go for the LAUNCH, it's also a great tool, and perhaps a little better than the iCarsoft CR Max. /Simon :)

I want to reset the fuel additive sensor on my 2009 Volvo V70 1.6D with 109 horsepower, which is showing the P1932 error code. Despite filling up and replacing the additive tank, the car still indicates a low level of the DPF additive used for exhaust cleaning. I'm considering purchasing the LAUNCH CRP919X and would like to know if it has the capability to reset the fuel additive sensor in my car, since it's incorrectly showing a low level despite being filled. Can the LAUNCH CRP919X perform this sensor reset for my specific vehicle model?

Hi Peter. Thanks for writing. I bought it through ebay. Remember to ensure it has ecu coding. Hard to differ between the two almost identical versions.

I just ordered this device, quite a good price, compared to the X431v+, which I also have, but the CRP919X, for half the money, works like the V+. Am I right, dear.

Hello - yes it works fine, but the speciel functions are not as universal as I had hoped. They do not apply to all car brands. Good luck with everything and Merry Christmas.

I did the same thing got the 129x. Sent it back and got the 919x. If you need to dig deep into Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep get the 919e it can allow for outside software from Autoauth for those vehicles

I just ordered the 919E. I am still not sure what is the main difference between the 919X and the 919E? I belive you have to pay extra to download the ECU coding functions. But we will see.

The 919X has ECU-coding, like you say, and I don’t know if the E can be upgraded accordingly. I find LAUNCH China difficult to to get anwsers from, but try to ask them anyway.
