I only just heard of this extreme customization until today, when I saw a news story about a man from Japan who had purchased a brabus Benz wagon from a dealer in Florida who didn’t even posses the Benz , being a custom car guy my whole life this broke my heart, seeing someone wanting something so bad ,only to scammed out of his life savings is a new low,I believe your company is aware of this story, I would like to ask if brabas would reach out to this man in Japan if for no other reason than to say thank you for being so passionate about our product, the news story said he was in a dark place over this loss, a phone car would do wonders , your fan base will double, I’m just sick of watching humans do this to one another for greed,it must stop, will you step up.

Coming from Brabus I was expecting those parts to at least have a Gutachten and not having to get them individually judged and accepted by TÜV, especially at the price point. Also to install most of those parts you need to have the Brabus version of the car already so please do not trick the customers showing the comparison to the Premium line instead.
