I believe that with this printer you do not need to print out every week like with the Epson to "exercise" the ink. I was told once a month is enough? Is this the case? Thank you

Waste of money this thing fails after 5 months and I’m fighting with the canon support team after I have 1 year warranty and they still want to charge me almost what I paid for the printer to repair the ongoing errors even though it’s on warranty. Do not waste your money on this rubbish
