Nice review. I was wondering if the three seats you removed came out as one unit, or were they split up? It would be great to have some of that extra cargo room you have, but keep it 8 or 9 passenger. Thank you.

Yes, our 3 seats in the very back came out as one unit. I love having the option of taking it out and having the cargo room, or having the seats stay in and be able to take in more passengers. The seat in the back is heavy. But between my husband and I, we are able to take it out. We just have to go slowly for my sake.

Nice Van review! Couple of Question lol! How tall are you? Because you fit standing perfectly. What’s the mpg roughly!? What year is the one you own? Because we might be getting an older model to try to safe money. Thanks!

This is a review of a 2018 Ford Transit. I am 5'5" tall. I can stand up straight with no problem and still have an inch above my head! The mpg is not wonderful but it is not terrible either. My dashboard is telling me that I am averaging 14.8 mpg. I mostly drive non-highways... the grocery store, the school, etc. And then occasionally on the highway. Also, I should mention that the 2018 model only has one manual sliding door (passenger side), but I am pretty sure that the newest model has two sliding doors and that they are automatic (the touch of a button!). But much more expensive.

It took us about a month to find exactly what we wanted. We searched at Shamrock Auto Group in Pleasant Grove, Utah, because they had a bunch of transits (www.shamrockautogroup.com/). We almost bought one from them but then found ours that had the custom seats in it through Enterprise Van Sales out of California. So I’ve been looking at the 150 midroof how tall are you I’m about 5 9”1/2 would I be able to stand up in that? What year is your van?

OK I see you at the very end of your KZbin you did indicate the year of your van.

@@gmgronb Yes. It is a 2018. We love it! I am 5'5" tall. I can stand up all the way in the van but with only a tiny bit to spare (maybe 1/2 "). So I bet you would not be able to stand up all the way.

Yes! In fact, ours (Transit 150) is no longer or wider than a truck. It is just taller so people think that it is bigger.

How about the gas mileage? How often do you put gas?

The gas mileage isn't great, but about average for a large van. I average 14 miles per gallon (according to the dashboard information in the car) and I am mainly driving non-highways. But for me it works because I am not driving long distances a lot. Just around in the community and an occasional longer trip for music gigs and such. And with the price savings from purchasing this car versus another car (like a Suburban), I have that much more money saved to spend on gas. I fill up about once a week. Sometimes every week-and-a-half. So, it just depends on your needs really!
