Man, your Kenwood is beautiful!! I have a similar set up. I was running my Denon turntable directly into my Yamaha a-s301 integrated amp (60w). 2 yrs ago I bought the Pro-Ject Phono Box DC Thru Amazon, $130.00. It made a great difference and am really happy with it. My current speakers are JBL 500LX I picked at the thrift store.
