I was very pleasantly surprised by their Bay Rum scent. It wasn't even in my first set of samples I got from Artius Man. I've got a bunch of various samples, as well as the oil and butter in Restoration scent, but I could see ordering a full-sized bottle of Bay Rum when I need some more.

Orange Grove is one of my all time favorite scents. I just ordered the butter and I'm really excited to give it a whirl. Also, that mustache is looking KILLER!

Great, thorough review! I only have their Restoration and Mountain Air, but really like them both. Love the thicker oils like Artius so will definitely try some other scents in the future as well.

Good review, as always. I have ordered samples of just about every Artius Man scent, trying to find one I like. Personally, they all have kind of an off, or phony scent to me. Don’t know if it is one of their carrier oils, or the scent oils, not really sure. I just don’t like any of them, and find some of them downright repulsive. They get a lot of good reviews too, I really hoped I could find a scent I liked.

Man that’s quite the task, all 20 scents! I’m a huge fan of Artius man, I love the thicker oil. I’ve got multiple scents from them and can’t wait to try more. The spiced latte is awesome!

I totally hear you with that restoration scent. I ordered their 5 pack back in March and restoration is my go to. I have an order sitting in my cart to get almost all of their beard products in the restoration scent. Just waiting on the conditioner to come back in stock. I can’t wait to dive in with all the other beard products. So far I’ve only using beard oil.

Great reviews as always! I have some questions for possible future beard reviews. What is your scent profile? What are the scents that you love and the ones you don’t like? What were your beard problems when you started? What are you top 5 companies and bottom 5 companies? Why? When you do long reviews with a ton of different products can you label things in the description box? Example Royal Beardsmen Co. Everyone has scents that they love, are ok with, and dislike. I wish more beard product reviewers would let us know that, so we can have a better idea of who's palate we are similar to in scents. So far you and Dan C loves the same smells as I do. That is not the case with other Beard product reviews. I have wasted a lot of money because of that. Ok, had some time to try all 5 of my samples. I must Say Restoration is by far my fav. Followed by Orange Grove, E4. Bay Rum is somewhat strong and it lingers just a bit to long IMO. Now.. Mountain Air smells a bit like toothpaste. Wish it had more of a clean mint/eucalyptus scent. When I'm finish with these I will be trying other. At the end of the day these are great products and love the quality of the oils.

They have some really interesting scents, some were big hits for me and others big misses, but all high quality. Their IPA is definitely interesting. I went and toured Sierra Nevada and got to crush and rub some citra and centennial hops in my hands and Artius Man's IPA smells JUST LIKE THAT. The only scent I've ever really hated from them is Campfire, I had to wash that one out almost immediately, it smelled too much like a campfire that's burned out and all that's left are some embers and ash and a bunch of smoke. My favorites are definitely Restoration, 3 Wood, and Mountain Air! Now that I'm also rocking the beardstache with a short face beard, I've been getting back into their oils lately for the same reasons you gave.

I loved how the oil made my beard feel, but didn't like any of the scents. As a matter of fact, I really hated them...campfire, black coffee, IPA, 3 wood, and restoration. I bought 3 samples and they gave me 2 additional samples. I'd definitely order the unscented because the quality and thickness of the oil was the best I've experienced, but the scents were just not for me.

Artius Man’s best scents, to me, are Citrus Spice, Tinderbox, Midnight Ride, and Orange Grove. Love their scents. Side note: black is the way I always drink my coffee. Anything added ruins the taste.
