Hey, I’ve got the same headset. The mic will not work though, not sure if I’ve done something wrong. Dongle is plugged in, mic is connected. The mic just won’t work.

After 2 months of weekly use, it no longer sends audio output unless it's wired to the PS5

But you can connect via blueetoth and it has 2 years warranty and via aux so you have many options. I#m think of getting one for my brother as a gift how is the mic quality?

@@jow7435 again, no audio output, UNLESS it's wired through the aux. When I tried using the warranty, they said I needed the original receipt from the physical store that I purchased it. Maybe I misunderstood the lady but he accent was very thick.
