Does it scratch your hardwood floor? I have just had laminated flooring installed and am considering this vacuum cleaner but am worried about it scratching my new floor.

I bought this a few days ago and this has a motor like very loud sound. Is it normal? The sound is just too loud. Never heard any vacuum sounding like this.

yeah you get used to it, its normal. i highly rate the vacuum for all purposes. see how you go with it.
