How long does it take to charge this backup battery. How do you charge it?

I bought this, and it may be an overkill for my motorcycle battery. My question is, does it have a smaller output like a battery tender does, or is it all or nothing with the Boost button? I'm just worried I'm going to smoke the small Motorcycle battery. I don't have electricity where I store the bikes and sometimes they just need a little boost to start.
