From what I witnessed, one of your highlights of 2023 was how you smashed the 5K on the second day in the trifecta weekend. It seemed like you were just going to aim for completion and just trundle through given how knackered we were, but then you smashed it like a man possessed and got a really impressive time and finish.

Magical words Richard lad the whole weekend we pushed each along it was just pure adrenaline in the sprint what pushed me on n also the ice bath 😂a great venue and a great weekend and can't wait to get down there again end of June you never faded all weekend you ran it all the way n the training paid off with the extra running you put in n coming down to the obstacle gym let's smash the super in June 💪
