Why don’t you recommend the online course from AGWA? They claim they’re the only Grant writing entity in the US where the term “nationally certified Grant writer” really applies and has value.

Great question and here's why: www.learngrantwriting.org/blog/review-lgw-versus-agwa/ In short - they took live workshop content, threw it online, despite that needing a very different learning style, and their content is woefully outdated. We have many horror stories from members that joined us in the Global Grant Writers Collective that first took the AGWA course. Not one said it was worth the time or money.
