As much as I learned from this teaching, I felt Pastor chris may also be influenced by confirmation bias..... the word servant may also be translated to minister or deacon. However, 1 Tim 3:12 makes it unlikely that as a woman, Phoebe was made a deacon in Rome

The greek word translated servant is διάκονος pronounced diakonos dee-ak'-on-os The translators wrote " Probably from διάκω diakō (obsolete, to run on errands; compare G1377); an attendant, that is, (generally) a waiter (at table or in other menial duties); specifically a Christian teacher and pastor (technically a deacon or deaconess): - deacon, minister, servant." Romans 16:1 "servant" and 1Tim 3:12 "deacon" were translated from the same word. Any Bible with Strong's Concordance can help with understanding some of the words.
