I'm in the weight loss boat with you. Have you tried the air fryer yet? I prepare my chicken the same way as if I'm gonna deep fry it, but the air fryer cuts way down on calories, while keeping the crunch.

Ashley "F" anybody trying to criticize your weight loss,it's no an overnight thing and it's even harder to do it naturally! You could've gone out and had gastric bypass or the sleeve but you chose to go a different route! You didn't gain it overnight so you won't lose it overnight! I commend you for sticking with it. Eating healthy is not easy for some people (including myself) I wish I had the discipline that you have! On another note, if Tommy doesn't kill Ghost soon Holly is gonna be next. I also wonder if the Jimenez people found out Ghost used their cards to make it seem like they did the killing spree last season so now they're on a hunt to get him too. Maybe they hired that chick to put the card back in his office?

Good season opener and review! Tommy might feel the heat that comes with being a boss this season. And now that Ghost fired Kantos how's he gonna find out about Angie's ex sniffing around? I'm still getting the sense that Ghost and Angela's relationship still isn't genuine too. It seems like they're still playing each other like last season. Angela carrying a gun and acting all hesitant in the office. Ghost not actually filing for divorce and not being sure about her meeting the kids. Ghost needs Tasha cuz he can be 100% real with her so I don't see him ever settling down with Angie.
