I recently attended an amazing session led by Ahmed Khalifa, and I have to say, it was impressive. Ahmed shared his expertise in Visual Testing, covering how the field has evolved over the years.
He started by explaining the basics, like pixel-to-pixel and DOM-to-DOM comparisons, and then moved on to how these methods have been combined. He also highlighted how Visual AI has transformed Visual Testing, with many tools now incorporating these technologies.
What stood out to me was his discussion on the rise of generative AI and Large Language Models over the past year. Ahmed demonstrated the power of Multi-Model GenAI with some practical use cases. He even introduced AI Agents, which was new to me -I’ll be looking into this further and plan to share more review videos.
