REVIEW | SAS BUSINESS CLASS | A330 | The good and the really good!

I boarded SAS A330 (SK943), took off from Denmark, and had an absolutely magical nine-hour journey across the Atlantic, with seven hours of continuous sunset. From seat 2H in SAS Business Class, I enjoyed seeing Norway's fjords, Iceland's snow-covered rugged landscapes, and Greenland's pointed mountains from 39,000 feet.
As mentioned, the journey was in SAS Business Class from Copenhagen (CPH) to Chicago O’Hare (ORD). Just a few hours before departure, I bid for an upgrade to Business Class from my existing SAS Plus ticket. SAS accepted the bid (EUR 300).
In the flight review, I go through the SAS Gold Lounge at CPH, boarding, takeoff, food, drinks, and review several of the seats in the SAS Business cabin to understand which seat is the best (spoiler: 2H, of course).

everything looks amazing .. except the seat! hahah looks straight out of 1970 .. the seating and the pod itself look awesome. they use the same balsamic oil as Emirates! oooooOOoo.. lol imagine timing it with endless sunset is a dream! unmatched views you are so lucky! I Would never need a TV I would be GLUED to the window.. and a Window in the bathroom? what? no one has that! lol I'd never miss a minute lol I need to learn what people use to edit videos tho, things I have and no idea where to begin to cut clips and get them all together or with photos etc... le sigh. Great insight! sold me

@peterweverling4139 I would definitely have considered it, looking at the overall ticket price. For my trip, the total final price after bidding for a round trip to Chicago (ARN-CPH-ORD) was EUR 1200, with one way in business (the film you’re watching) and the return in economy. All in all, a very reasonable total price. Sounds like it would be for you as well.
