I had this challenge also with my all time favorite shampoo..... Its surprising really how a shampoo detangles and soften hair more than the conditioner from the same line. Nice review.

I’ve gone back and forth about trying this line as I’ve heard such great reviews. The only thing which was putting me off is the price of £14.99 for the masque £9.99 for the shampoo which is a lot if I don’t fall in love with them. The shampoo sounds amazing but my staple sulfate free shampoo is the Creme of Nature Argan Moisture and Shine Shampoo which is just as you described the shea moisture Manuka honey shampoo. I think after your review I will give this line a miss. Thanks for the great review 👌🏾

Girl im so happy u did this review. I am also relaxed. What a disappointment. I have been considering this conditioner for a while now but couldnt find any trustworthy reviews on it. As for the build up that the shampoo leaves behind, do u think this could be the reason why the conditioner didnt work?

I’ve used the shampoo and the masque from this line. The mask is one of my favorite products, it’s the most moisturizing deep conditioner I’ve ever used! The shampoo is good but it’s almost too moisturizing for my hair, I use it when I do a protein DC. I have not tried the conditioner.

I tried it and the JBCO my hair didn't like either of them had to wash my hair again to soften my hair and get rid of the smell

You need the mask. You are relaxed. I am transitioning and the mask is wonderful.

For some strange reason these products stopped working for my natural , relaxed, and now transitioning back to relaxed hair . At first they were good , but the deep conditioners and masks do nothing but make my hair hard or sit on top of it with a stank attitude lol! They work at first and then don’t anymore , despite clarifying/chelation etc. I’m sad about it bc the ingredients are pretty good and they are in every store just about . My hair is receptive to their oils and moisture milk only , and maybe the shampoo . But the pudding is in the deep / conditioners and masks which DO NOT WORK.. too bad . I have others I use though . Tyiece u r a big creator! I wud recommend setting up a business email that allows brands to send u products and pay u for PR. Put a cupl ads on ur channel. Get that muny any way u can sis. Shea Moisture doesn't benefit black hair and That company is such a joke! I use Mizani, Kera care and L'Oreal products on my relaxed hair.
