Did anyone ever find out what the little plastic balls in the filter are for? you can slightly see them at 03:50 - I think those plastic balls are coming out there and actually destroy the whole thing. Would be very curious!

This steamer is top class for the money.i does not scratch the floor.this was a terrible review. I would definitely recommend this cleaner. I used it 3 times a week. Only have it one month. Do not add and cleaning products to the water.just use water.
