11:14, Yeah that's annoying that they don't have the air vents. Even though it's a 5 star airline, I give it a 4 star becasue they don't have the air vents on a long haul flights. If they have the air vents on the Airbus A350, I give it a 5 star and is the best.

11:29, No because there is no air vents, making the cabin a little hot on a long haul 16 hour flight, I am going to be jet lag when I arrive in the destination and lose 1 day. Although I flew China Eastern airlines on June 4 2023, from Shanghai, China to London Heathrow on a Boeing 777-300ER on a 11 and a half hour, the flight it's okay, but no air vents, making the cabin hot and the seat configuration is 3-4-3 and I don't like it because it's not good for a full flight. I prefer 3-3-3 configuration because it's comfortable and wider than the 3-4-3.

All you have to do is ask for another drink and they just give it to you i always do even another coffee is never a problem 😉

the meal service is disappointing .. only main course + dessert. Thai airways is serving bread & butter + appetizer +main course + dessert.

Yup, now TG inflight meal better than SQ, paper-based meal box served by SQ looks like budget airline, not match with SQ premium 5 star airline, truly disappointing….
