I had plane anxiety for the last 10-ish years(around Malaysian 370) until late last year when I got on my first flight in a few years. Same dep airport, airline, and plane sub-type. Not sure exactly why especially considering all the hubbub these days with Boeing, but the only thing that died on that flight was my phobia. This definitely reminds me of that flight :) I’ve flown quite a bit since then, but ironically I flew much more frequently during the height of my fears, pure sweaty white knuckling.
