The matte blue is painted but not undergated. Scratches easily and doesnt take well to paint OOB. Likely needs to be stripped if you want to paint it yourself

This thing is both Gundam Unit 6 and GM Sniper on steroid. Just bought mine last week... it's so heavy and has joints 100x sturdier than a Metal Build but only asks 1/10 of their price.
