You can use a Taobao agent like BuyChina to avoid the translation problems. Worker doesn't actually make them. Worker though has made a Nerf fore grip with a really nice look. Taobao does sell a few pump action mods for Retaliator and Recon though, just search Nerf Retaliator and scroll through.
