Overall, I prefer the Karl (Viva) over the Picanto because it has decent amount of power and it looks much better on the outside. P.S: In the Karl, you don't get this ugly two-spoke steering wheel design.

+Rino Carey True, I found that both cars were excellent but as I said in the video id choose the Karl myself. Now I need to review a VW Up.

Im after a cheap new car, and the only thing that puts me off with the Picanto is the clown face steering wheel. I really couldnt look at that every day. The Viva, in England is probably the car I will get. Im 47, and i just need a normal car without silly trendy features and this should do the trick.
