This might be an option for my workbench in my shop - it isn't heated. I'd like to eventually put in a drop ceiling (it has a lean-to roof) and possibly put a wood stove or something in, but this would be a great option for bridging me from where I am to where I would like to be. We are about to get a few more that will plug into a 110v outlet vs requiring 220... i think they are 1500 watts vs 3000. curious to see how they do.

If I recall I believe the instructions warned against using it but I would assume with the correct outlets it should be doable.
