I have the HOTAS one, Keyboard, and a mouse. I agree with you on the throttle being too loose. The small joystick or hatch on top of the stick would be great if it had the same quality as the Xbox controller sticks. I use it for the camera in third person. That's the only reason I like the Xbox controller is because of the smoothness of the camera movement.

Yeah same! On this topic the Boeing has also a joystick that is very smooth and gives slow movement, it's really nice, I should have mentioned it.

I have the V1F and like it, except the trim wheel. I was suprised that you had sucess with the trim wheel. I had to turn it off as I occationally get unexpected trim movement to + or - 100% and would ruin the flight. Thanks for the reviews.

I'll just stick with the Xbox controller. It's the only device that can control all planes and helicopters conveniently, it lets you interact with every switch and instrument, AND it lets you freely look around the cockpit, change views, etc. All these (frankly overpriced) yokes and sticks are only good for controlling the planes, but they lack a lot of other functionality needed for flying. So you really need a controller or a mouse next to them.

Once everything is correctly mapped I don't need my controller anymore (except for the drone cam) but mouse yes that is true.

You can use a keyboard and mouse. So no need for a controller. All these yokes etc have hat switches which allows to look around like with a xbox controller.

Bad idea, controllers offer a horrible flying experience. You can use a mouse and keyboard to look around and interact with the cockpit if you get a yoke or stick.

XPC Honeycomb set BUT needs frames in order to work. Details are less beautiful but the experience😍😍😍

I fly jets most of the time so Honeycomb Bravo is not for me, but quality seems so good!

@@CaptainKenobi dream setup is a pc build I 9 with an 4090 and Virpil products for helicopters and jets but the Honeycomb set for GA flying. But man... 6500 euro plus. Great video once again🤙
