The Contender gloves felt very firm and supportive of the wrist for me personally. Liked em alot better than the ones I got at my local UFC gym.

Yes I agree that model from everlast has a weak elastic strap that wears-out. The other gloves are better quality for the price, however we haven't received any complaint from our customers...

Venum they're more dangerous and protective, and maybe Ringhorn too because they're made by Venum so they're probably same quality I read that they have shock absorption too

Funny how unless you spend $300+ the cheap gloves seem to last longer, I got $160 everlast gloves and they were destroyed in a couple weeks

What gloves did you get? Everlast has 90 day warranty, if they only lasted you a couple of weeks then it should be a manufacture defect, contact Everlast and get a replacement... We've also seen high end brands like cleto, grant and winning have defects once in a white since they are all hand made...
