I flew to West End twice within a couple of months particularly to see this show and I fell in love with it. It's the simplicity and heartwarming nature what makes it special, not to mention the score - the EP has been playing almost nonstop on my Spotify ever since it came out (especially This Year), and also Robin is a very relatable character for me in numerous aspects. Sam and Dujonna are a perfect duo, although if I lived within a more reasonable distance, I'd love to see Ellis Kirk and Tanasha Chege as well. Bottom line - Sam and Dujonna are one of the nicest people you can meet at the SD :).

Keeping my fingers crossed that they extend this show again so I can see it when I visit London! It literally closes the day before I get there 😂 I’ve heard a few reviews on it and it sounds so different and I want to see things I haven’t done before. Like I know I will always enjoy Six whether it’s a British or American accent that’s not an issue

I caught the show twice at the kiln. Sam and Dujonna are both amazing, with fantastic voices. I love all the songs and have been listening to the EP constantly. Will try and get to see it at the Criterion. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much for this review. I am planning to catch the last show in July and already looking forward to it based on the cast recording which I am playing non stop! I am so happy to see so many new British musicals coming out this year! ❤🎉

You know what I was thinking? This show is like a toned down realistic version of the movie Elf. Very excitable man goes to new york to meet the father he's never met and turns out to be an arse who wants nothing to do with him. While there he meets a pessimistic woman who he falls in love with and eventually turns into a more optimistic person. I love Elf so it's a yes from me.
