Vivid seats is a scam. Do not use. This woman is obviously ignorant of the class action lawsuit against vivid.

she is right, that is a big con: secondary market tickets. I paid $137 ea for three tickets 3 months ago that are $60 ea in the same section 2 days before the concert. I only go to "big" concerts about once every 2 or 3 years so call this an expensive lesson. Their costumer service wouldn't do anything but offer to re-list the tickets for me. So in my opinion Vivid Seats is nothing but a bunch of scalpers. I should have known better, when I ordered the tickets they didn't even have seat numbers for me just the section number. I didn't get my seat conformation until 3 weeks ago. Just shop around if you are looking for tickets and take your time looking and don't go with these guys.

@Kene Agu yes there was additional fees as well as the price being inflated. I don't remember what the fees were but had I waited could have brought them from ticket Master for less than half (including ticket Master's fee)
