Star here! For the "lower-levelled" characters that you refer in the video, most of them are just like that to not overkill in VE tower, the investment is done, but at the optimal point in most of them. With the Re-Destro I just grabbed the dx pieces as soon as I can, not really focusing on levelling him up, I'll leave the pieces for the dispatch. And yeah, I just got the Inasa so I didn't have time to level him up lmao. Thanks for the review!

Star already said it, but a lot of us in UltraL grabbed Re-Destro's DX piece first, so that's why most of ours are gonna be level 90 because unless you've put him in dispatches and gotten crazy lucky therein with pieces, it'll be awhile before he can be above 90 is all. Hence you gotta pay attention to the + in the Adv+ thing. XD

For the f2p characters, i just didn’t get enough pieces for them on case files and didn’t want to use stars to buy more pieces for them :p

Also all my memories are locked unless they're going to be actively used to limit break or DX another copy of the memory that is already had (I also don't tend to keep more than one of any SR memory UNLESS it's too good to keep a few extra, heck even a lot of limited SR mems I didn't bother keeping extra copies of as I rarely will have use for even the one I have in most cases let alone multiples. However, that recent Jeanist event mem I have 2 level 1 ones and 2 level 70 ones and one DX'd one so I can try to stat fix for VE tower use for instance).

Hey Luxking here thx for the review to go over some points u mentioned. started the acc 1-21-2023 so the acc is about 8 months old. Agreed with the summer ochako who could be a bit higher just got alot of other units who i put priority above to max b4 her and the green mirio i just pulled off the momo banner so ye he had like no investment. Sr wise i did up everyone their ability board to atleast page 2/3 for the gems. and ye some climax units are lower cause for example AFO climax when it came out was too difficult for me back then (reason u didnt see best jeanist at all). Once again thx for the review in the future u shall see a SR+ Mina Ashido from me (Getting gold in the game is a pain in the a$$)

Also they did have three Full Power Young Ones, the third was level 1 lol... alas I fed all of mine into one (I think I pulled 3 or 4 of it during Celeb Ocha/Celeb Deku pulls, but my logic is, it's going to be on EVERY Celeb banner, so I'd rather have had the nearly DX'd one now and pick up more later when I wanna tryhard for VE Tower, alas 150 pulls on Momo banner, no Momo yet, no extra Full Power Young Ones, but I'm sure I'll get more either when pulling more for Momo or when pulling on future celeb banners)
