Love House of Bō! I have all of their perfumes. 4 FB’s ( Bombòn, Casa Blanca, La Mar, Agua de Santos) 2 half bottles ( Infinitoud, El Sireno) 3 travel sizes ( Rosario, Oro Verde and Espíritu ). I love that they make so many different sizes, I wish that more brands would also offer various sizes. A house to consider for this category is Regime de fleur.

I so far have 4 house of bo fragrances and I love them. Rosario and Casablanca are my favorites. HOB is one of my top 3-4 fragrance houses. Love your review as always.sadly my husband does not enjoy this scent. He says it reminds him of sweet body odor. Oro verde is so fresh. I always get compliments. Bombon is warm and comforting and great for fall and winter but works all seasons. It is almost lactonic. Almost. Casablanca is great year round for sure. So elegant and sophisticated. House of Bo has very unique scents. And their bottles are works of art. They’re like sculptures.

Very gorgeous and wonderfully blended scents, they just don't last long at all. I have 4 full size bottles and a small one and if I want to smell it all day I have to respray every 2 hours.

I love this series idea so much! I feel like people got so overwhelmed with the “fast fashion” type of makeup releases that now the craze is over for a lot of people and that’s why more people are all about perfume now. (I always have been 😅) I don’t want the perfume world to get so oversaturated that people get fatigued from it. I love the perfume houses that release slowly, thoughtfully, and artistically.

Hey Olivia! There really are a stupid amount of new releases constantly on pump out mode. Too much. House of Bo’s Oro Verde sounds super cool, I really want to try it out. Anna Lauren was raving about it recently and she had me curious but now that you also are singing its praises, well now I’m very curious to smell it. The oakmoss note stopped me. Question: Does it remotely smell like Drakkar? Everything with oakmoss reminds me of Drakkar (Burberry Her) 😭. I love this extended version of reviews and your Spanish annunciations are on point. Love this, Olivia. Global capitalism and overconsumption are damaging our societies and planet. For example, the mass production of ME fragrances happens only because of a "barely above" slave labor workforce. Don't get me started on the destruction of all biological life on our spinning rock because of our greed. I was recently at a luxury department store and I was overwhelmed by the amount of fragrances available. I ended up spending time at the Chanel counter, just absorbing the art that went into creating some of these scents by Olivier Ponge. It was so crowded and they didn't have No. 19, a favorite, but when the girl sprayed No. 5 on a test strip, I closed my eyes and marveled at the complexity of a timeless masterpiece. All the noise stopped and it was just me and a bunch of scent molecules doing their magic. While I am very grateful to the people that make ME fragrances so affordable, I find it sad. Sad for them. Sad for the planet and sad that I'm part of the problem. Moving forward I'm going to be much more mindful and purposeful when it comes to future purchases. Be well, sister.❤

Hear me out….. I have and love Casa Blanca and i hear lots of people saying it’s similar to Thé Noir which i also own and love. And i was like hmmm i see the similarities. THEN i layered Thé Noir with Althair (PDM) and BOOM!! Very much similar to Casa Blanca 80-90% but weightier aka the combo is a winter version of Casa Blanca

Please review the brand D' nnamm. They are a brand very similar to the house of Bo, except their are Vietnamese. They make scents similar to the house of Bo( scent/scenes in and around Vietnam, Vietnamese food/drinks and memories of their family and friends). I loved some of their scents and very few people have reviewed them at all!! They do have a sample kit, so you won't have to buy full bottle to try them out. Very different scents such has white rice, pho breakfast and Vietnamese coffee just to name a few. PLEASE PLEASE REVIEW THEM!!! I WOULD JUST LOVE TO KNOW YOUR VIEWS. I have been so disappointed and scammed before. Wasted my money on houses that claim to be niche. House of Bo really nailed it with dry down. The aroma is just magical. I have Oro Verde, Espiritu and Casa Blanca.

Le Labo is the most overhyped brand that is very lacking in the artistic sense and mostly banks on the image of exclusivity that they mostly uphold by pricing their fragrances ridiculously high. Also, a lot of niche houses make up some elaborate and seemingly personal story to go with the fragrance afterwards, or, at the very least, hyperbolize an otherwise insignificant event. it's a great marketing strategy.
