How safe is it to get a new account? Does c2us ban them alot

I think its pretty safe if you dont do shaddy things on it or someone else hasnt done any shaddy stuff on it. Changing emails and stuff wont flag the account but the original account owner could get it back and i say ONLY the original account owner as you need to provide info like the first email used, used deviced used on the account, ect. C2us wouldnt ban for no reason and trading accounts to my knowlegde isnt a reason enough.
