Reviewing the Affordable SAR9X for Concealed Carry

The SAR 9X Platinum is a new upgrade to the SAR 9, which was introduced in 2018 and received great reviews. Suffice it to say, the SAR 9X is another excellent semi-automatic, striker-fired pistol at a very affordable price.
The 9mm pistol is manufactured by the Turkish company Sarsilmaz. Founded in 1880, the company now makes numerous polymer handguns. They are also the exclusive supplier of pistols for the Turkish police and armed forces.

I'm really happy with many Turkish arms. The Sar2000, Sar9, Canik, and even a cheap semi auto shotgun, the Hatfield. For me these turkish arms are THE BEST value for the money. Period. Not only that they're some of the best arms period. At any price point.

My first ever purchase was a SAR B6 and I did purchase the SAR 9 as well. I am looking to get another SAR 9 as I parted ways with both of my Sarsilmaz. The only gripe is the stock 3 dot sights. Sarsilmaz makes some solid pistols. I am glad to see them coming around more now.

its Turkish translation is unshakable. After a long trial period, a successful work emerged. Previous models of this gun did not have air ducts. Air ducts were very effective in reducing weight and providing more stable shooting. Although it looks like a tactical weapon, it also looks stylish for everyday use. respectfully ☺️

The SAR9 comes with a millimeter punch. Of course it does. I paid almost twice as much for my VP9 and they couldn't include a 2 dollar tool in the case. Still love my VP, but it's a small annoyance especially since the first thing I wanted to do was swap out the back strap and side plates. Let's be honest, though: that holster kinda looks like crap. Would bother to spring for a decent kydex holster from like, blade tech or something. Have heard mixed reviews of Sarsilmaz stuff, and some downright bad comments about the feeding issues on the K2, but the SAR9 seems to have gotten some pretty positive feedback from a lot of people. If I get the chance to take one to the range and it handles well, then I might pick one up for a glove box gun or something.

Not any worse than Glock as far trigger pull and reset are concerned but I'd agree with you if you said that SAR 9 triggers usually get stuck after the initial shot and won't reset. Better be a crack shot and get used to stopping the threat with a single shot because chances are you won't get a second shot out of the SAR 9 anyway. Though their all metal guns (most of them CZ clones) are not too bad at all. Their "history" on their website is also made up. They used to make crappy airguns only up until 25-30 years ago but now they claim that they built canons for Noah's ark or something 😁

@@beachboardfan9544 Hi there. Trigger is a draw of the luck with the Sar9 line of pistols really. Some get stuck to the back, some don't have that problem but pull and reset are not that great among other things. Freedomsmith makes a fine flat trigger for the Sar9. Combined with lighter springs and a 20 minute light Dremel job should give you a much better trigger pull and a shorter reset. And the grittiness goes away too. By the way, recently manufactured ones have better triggers. Still not a silky smooth 1911 trigger of course, but evidently there is some improvement.
