Reviewing the New Gregg Update | Roblox Dungeon Quest

We got a new update that isn't a dungeon and maybe not an event so today I will give you guys my thoughts and opinions on the update.
This update brings in profiles and a new boss called Gregg where he gives you loot and materials to craft a new weapon that is way stronger than the YP legendary. For those who don't want to watch the whole video, I think this update is too grindy, p2w (pay to win), and too RNG heavy.
My rating for the update as a whole: 5/10 (4 points for the profiles, 1 point for Gregg)
TIPS FOR THOSE WHO ARE GRINDING:
If you will grind this update, play these dungeons on Hardcore on the easiest difficulty for each of the materials:
Warforged metal: Desert Temple or Steampunk Sewers
Obsidian Chunk: Winter Outpost or Orbital Outpost
Gold Bar: The Canals or Gilded Skies
Astral Amethyst: Ghastly Harbour or Yokai Peak
Gregg cannot spawn right after a boss so if you reach the main boss, just reset. Gregg can only spawn once so if you encounter him and successfully beat him, reset immediately.

There are also people who both want to grind Gregg's materials and carry others at the same time, but leechers ruin it all, sadly.

fr its really frustrating when only one person is at spawn and not collecting any coins so gregg takes basically no damage its also ruined when someone dies in hardcore

@@danielzhao69 IKR! And this happens basically EVERY SINGLE TIME when people are getting carried, which is annoying. Like, why can’t we kill two birds with one stone? Us pros benefit from Gregg, and the newbies we carry get benefits too

Sounds like it's time for the community to come together and ask developers to add a kick button while in the dungeon.

Funfact: if you dont know, before this update there was a bounty poster of greg near the blacksmith on first world

I personally like Gregg, to me he's just more free items (since I usually run solo), and the profiles are cool. I absolutely think the craftable legendary is WAY too grindy though; it'll take absolute ages for anyone to get the level 200+ one, even if theyre using robux to guarantee Gregg spawns. Should 100% be made easier to get.

a few issues i think this update has is; the ores are really grindy to get + if the lvl 200 weapon needs that many ores, how grindy and p2w is the future legendary crafts gonna take? it def seems like they are gonna make a craftable legendary for each dungeon. and overall p2w like many others have pointed out

gregg will probs be a permanent update since it may link in with excallaber sword so it gives players plenty of time to grind, took me an hour to get the first set of materials through just resetting till i got gregg

@@stxphaniee8255 Yes, but I wish the game developers would add a kick button in the dungeon to remove afk players who do not help with the mission. It's frustrating that this feature hasn't been added yet, despite being essential for years. As a level 223 player, it's annoying to see others sit around and let us do all the work.

It's still not the problem cuz he only has 1/3 chance to spawn and u can use speed spell to speed up the process of finding him
