Because I've tried comparing the rune of the phoenix and rune of the fire god and they are weak compared to hurricane like horrifically weak

I could but I cant physically join you in game due to college work. But here's the advice I have for you. Grind more on emperor of time normal difficulty, or do dungeon endless. But I recommend grinding eot normal. they give tons of exp IF you use a x2 EXP potion. Hope this helps!
