I just got my Mini SU machine. I nearly broke mine using the 2 clear & 1 white plates. It Scared me enough to adjust to using the #1, #2 & #4 (3D) plates & I was able to use my Die, which cut thru just fine. I COULD NOT use the 2 #2 plates together as directed. IF You use other Die Cuts they vary in thickness, so be aware of this and DON'T FORCE the handle to turn. PRO: LOVE THE WIDER 3.5" size then my SIDEKICK & I can use a lot of dies that I can't use in my SK, being only 2 & 5/8" wide. CON: It's TOO LIGHT to Hold the Plates, Top Handle & Turn the other handle. I have a Cuddle Bug and LOVE the Suction when you fold down the plates as does my SIDEKICK has a Suction to hold it down when you are turning the dial. This New MINI is expensive at $60 but the Extra Width is what I was going for. I can deal with the rest ok.

Thanks Nada for your suggestions. Some machines are calibrated a little differently so it is a good idea to just check your own and certainly not force them. I guess with any machine there are pros and cons. Thanks for taking the time to stop by and to comment. Happy Creating. :)
