You used the slow enviro 400 mmc the aballio enviro 400 mmc is the fastest version out of all enviro 400 mmcs in the game and its one of the fastest buses in the game croycoach also has fast versions like crossrail being the fastest

well, I didn't have aballio e400mmc and I used a Hybrid.
