If you've taken classes and studied from this material itself, you can easily understand the lecture at 1.5x while finishing it in less than 3.5 hours. But even then, I would suggest you to not watch at *more than* 1.5x because at speeds faster than that, nothing gets registered in the brain and one ends up gaining very less from the revision.
