On your Xbox 360 you want to head to settings - storage - games and apps - find Minecraft - and then scroll till you see "Title Update" - then you just have to delete it and load back into the game. it'll give you a pop up to install the title update again but you need to keep it deleted to go back to this version. You also won't be able to play online playing this way. Hope this helped!

Ive been playing Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition recently on TU9 which took time to get used to for me as I mostly play on 1.13 on the PSVita Edition. I would go to TU1 but I have the disc version on 360 which goes back to TU9 when the update data is deleted
