JUST got into this game with a buddy of mine. I picked flameseekers(Always go with the stouties) and I am fairly sure he will go stormcast. Considering the majority of their units are T5, should I go with the axe or keep with the Bokaz?

Bokaz is my go-to because Ignite Weapon is pretty darn slapping. Split Axe is safer, but I have always found Bokaz to be more explosive

Where are you getting that Scalebreakers with Bokaz crit for 6? The card reads a 2/5 for their damage, which is still certainly better than the Splitaxe but not as good as 6.

Blessings! For 10 points any model can get +1 Crit. The rules for blessings were published in a White Dwarf earlier in the year and are a major component of Matched Play.

I think you bring a single dog still, and make sure he’s in a deployment group away from the Thane. When it dies you want to then revive it to the Thane to basically get a big old redeployment going. I’ve ran it a few times and ultimately I don’t think it’s worth it because youre already a dice hungry warband and that triple can be used for more impactful things

Vulkyn are too good. much better than most out of the box Warcry warbands. All units have 8-inch range. Do so well in close combat and abilities are ridiculous. definitely need a nerf or something.

They aren’t broken (nor do they need a nerf), but they are pretty darn good at punching people
