The driving is great. I'd say it's still my favorite among open world games and a bit better than GTAV. I think most people don't like it because it's not as easy as GTA and there's some actual throttle control needed. They feel really close to the older Driver games to me as well.

The Problem of Driving is non-existence because The Game treat Driving Stat based on Type of Vehicles. Sport Car, Muscle Car, Off Road Truck,.etc. Most people that start out the Game are only gonna be able to steal Cheap Car And then Driving on from Low Income Neighbourhood then complained about how shitty the Handling feel. The Road of Neighbour Hood and City are not mend for Driving Fast. Motorcylce only regulate to Heavy Ones so lots of People's point on how they are bad is techincally not wrong. I would blame Ubisoft for their lack of knowledge on Driving 2 Wheelers. The Best presentation of Motorcycle driving open world to this day is Sleeping Dog since that game has Mutilple Type of Bike and all of Them are Balanced Extractly Good enough to feel like Driving One despite it still Handling like a Video Game . IMO Driving and Dodging Car in this game felt much better once you get the feeling down unlike GTA game where every car Handling almost the same just like Shooting their Gun. Also if Driving in GTA is so Good why most of Them only using Psuedo Bike and Car that Fly and Dive ? Video Game or not, Variety is The Spiced of Life.

If I remember correctly, the original E3 stuff is in the game files, just disabled for some reason. People think it's something to do with Sony or Microsoft realizing the console versions looked inferior, so paid Ubisoft to downgrade the pc version so they didn't look bad.

You know, the reason i think most people "dog" (heh) on this game's driving, is because it's hefty. realistic. the cars have weight. not everything being super arcadey like every single other game. I personally love the driving in the game, feels proper. makes extreme chases and online play exciting.

Car physics are worse than 3D GTAs, there's almost no weight, not mentioning actual feature devs put to be able to clip through vehicles on high speeds from sides, plus you can't get on top of other vehicle because top car will clip through with bottom one and cause physics chaos. Only GTA 4 was able to reach somewhat close car handling and weight (in open world games).

I love how alive this game’s world feels like while being an open sand box for the player. You being able to listen to npc’s phone calls, cameras, finding potential crimes, stealing money from their bank accounts, even them reacting to your presence as the vigilante and showing either disgust, curiosity or approval makes me walk around the streets as if I was part of it
