There are two things to note. With the last method, you will LOOSE THE CORRECT COORDINATE VALUE IN THE PROJECT BY FORCING THE 0,0,0 VALUE BACK TO THE CAD file. If we do not do this when we rotate the project to the PROJECT AND TRUE NORTH, the CAD SITE FILE MOVE AWAWAY FROM ITS Origin To its Origin location. Please do this and update the video to benefit the viewers and subscribers.

I am drawing a line to show you the distance for easy snapping to end point. This line is not necessary.

Each project maybe different depending on whether you want to follow the civil site survey or not.

I think the second method is what we have to use in most of the projects. means acquire the coordinates and then publish it! am I right?

Ajmal Aju .. it depends on the project. You will have to try both ways and decide which method is applicable to your design challenge.

one question, if you didn't change the base point to 0,0 for the last time after acquiring the coordinates from the cad file. will it face any problems? because as you said in the video it is a little confusing factor. this portion is explained at 9:35 of the video. please reply.. thank you

When u publish the CAD file ...the project and survey point doesn't move ???why...but in practical the survey point will move to the new position...thanku
